NGV INSTALLATION at PERLIS

Tel: 04-9775988..start selling NGV on 2010..its 1st and the only 1 ngv station in perlis... from point of view perlisian still dont know what is NGV huhu..so as part of NGV installer in perlis i would like to brief about ngV

1.NGV is natural Gas for Vehichle...so the NGV system will use it instead of petrol
2.NGV price only RM0.68 perlitre while PETROL ron95 RM1.90, ron97 rm2.40
3.when use NGV, our car need to install NGV tank at trunk and mixer system on engine bay.
4.normally its system come with switch, so when we want to use ngv we can switch it on, then when want to change to petrol just switch it off.
5.it is safe, because every ngv installation will need to checked by puspakom and jpj.
6.the other benefit is, when we install ngv system our roadtax will reduce 25%..it will give by jpj.
7.when use NGV ..full tank for 65litre tank is inly rm9..its can go for 140km..so please compare to petrol..

Malaysian Changing Engine Endorsement

Here im share information on how to make our car that has been changed engine only with the same CC and at Perlis ,Malaysia..for example the old engine is 1.6 and then the new engine also 1.6.

Below is the step taken;

1 - Completed install your new engine on your engine bay (make sure there is no engine mounting replacement).
2 - Test drive to make sure everything in good condition (if not repair it first)
3 - Before endorse by Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) we must inspected by PUSPAKOM
4 - Go to Puspakom and bring this 3 item : 1.Original Grant , 2.CUSTOMs form( as pic. below) 3 .Receipt of engine purchased.
5 - Show up that form,and fill up 1 form at guard post.
6 - Line up at first inspection lane..pay rm35
7 - Then they will start check your tinted, any jointing car body, every indication signal, chasis no, engine number.
8 - If passed here, they will drive your car to next inspection lane to test brake system.(50% passed)
9 - After that they will explained to you either pass or not.
10- If passes then, we need to pay rm25 at counter to get the Report (as pic below)



11- Then buy new insurans with new engine no or make replacement,
12- bringPuspakom Report and new insurans to JPJ and fill up changing engine form- ask jpj officer
13- submit to counter JPJ and shows the original ID card to them
14- Then JPJ will cross the older engine number and write down the new engine number there.
15- Finish and enjoy driving with legal engine

Distributor Honda Civic EK5

Hi all..Did u know what is ignition distributor. below is sample distributor..its attached to engine and complete with cable plug (red color on picture) .

Its first job is to distribute the high voltage from the coil to the correct cylinder. This is done by the cap and rotor. The coil is connected to the rotor, which spins inside the cap. The rotor spins past a series of contacts, one contact per cylinder. As the tip of the rotor passes each contact, a high-voltage pulse comes from the coil. The pulse arcs across the small gap between the rotor and the contact (they don't actually touch) and then continues down the spark-plug wire to the spark plug on the appropriate cylinder. When you do a tune-up, one of the things you replace on your engine is the cap and rotor. Also, the spark-plug wires eventually wear out and lose some of their electrical insulation. This can be the cause of some very mysterious engine problems..

sometimes when our engine timing is crazy (up and down) it is come from distributor problem, because its cant supply enough current to engine system. First step is by adjust the position of distributor by loosen the skrew and adjust. if there still same condition..further action need to consider..
